We work very hard and try everything we can to make sure you are satisfied with your shopping experience at Koch Farm Service.  We hope to serve you to the best of our ability!

If for some reason we have let you down or things did not go as planned, we're more than happy to help get things squared away and set you up with a return for your item(s) or order.  There are a few restrictions on returns though, as follows:

  • Returns at our store location with proof of purchase is preferred but this is not always possible. If you need to send us a return it must me more than $10 and you are responsible for the cost of shipping getting the item(s) back to us.
  • No returns on opened product (please make your purchase selections carefully!).  This includes opened cases of canned food - we cannot take back less than a full case
  • Returns will be subject to a return handling fee, depending on the retail price of the item(s) being returned.  The return shipping fee will be deducted from the total credit/refund amount for the item(s) being returned, subject to the following tier:
    • $10-$49.99, return shipping fee of $5.99
    • $50-$99.99, return shipping fee of $10.99
    • $100+, return shipping fee of $14.95
