Cost of Shipping

For orders over $49, shipping is FREE on products that are available for shipping! For all other orders that we ship, we charge a flat $5.95 shipping fee. For Products that are available for shipping we ship to the 48 Continental United States.

Delivery

Local Deliveries are priced based on weight and distance from our location. Not all our products are available for Local Delivery. This option is only provided to select zip codes in range of our store.

Delivery Time Frames

In most cases, non-prescription dog and cat supplies orders will arrive 1-3 business days after you place your order, depending on your location. Note: some non-food orders may take 5-10 business days for delivery.

Local Delivery Times will vary depending on the current demand. They could be Same Day Delivery or could take up to 5 Business days.
